The music Alphabet and the Key Board


The music Alphabet consist of 7 letters from the English Alphabet. Which are,

                       A         B          C          D           E           F             G 

The key Board is a Mix of Black and White keys.

The Black keys are in Twos' and Threes'




The White note which is in front of TWO black keys, on left side is  C 

The White note Which is in front of THREE black keys, on left side is  F

ANCESTORS OF THE PIANO

The full name of the piano is ' the Piano Forte ' which was invented by an  Italian named Bartolomeo Cristofori. around the 1700'. in Italian, Piano means Soft and Forte means Loud. since this Instrument can produce both loud and soft sounds it is named as Piano Forte.  of course he didn't created it out of the blue.. but after many tryouts and improvements he finally succeeded.   The first piano forte                             Bartolomeo Cristofori Before the piano was invented the two key board instruments that was during that time in the "Harpsichord" and the "Clavichord" The harpsichord which can only produce loud sounds and the Clavichord which can only play soft sounds.   Harpsichord - produce loud sounds               Clavichord- produce softer sound
